Dance Blast is a hip hop-inspired dance fitness class that not only provides a great cardio workout, but also provides great strength-training opportunities with lunges, squats, punches and plyometrics thrown into the choreography. The class is designed for all ages and all abilities. With movements that are easy to follow and fun to execute, the class is approachable for beginners and challenging enough for advanced dancers and fitness enthusiasts.
