As of today, the Annual General Meeting is just 26 days away! Please be sure to watch for your ballot and VOTE! If you’re unsure of who to vote for, there are several opportunities scheduled to get to know the candidates – I have them all highlighted on the calendar for easy access.
The Board candidates running are:

Sandi Mitchell and Tom Redd have dropped out of the race.
For the N&E committee, Gail Chiarello will be on the ballot and Daniel Rodriguez is on the ballot for the ACC.
The AGM page of the SVCA website now has a link to the candidate booklet which includes candidate bios. The bios were also in the Views this month.
The Annual General Meeting will be on Saturday, November 5th at 1 PM in the Dance Barn with an online option for participation.
Real Estate Transfer Fee Update
The window to apply for your transfer fee refund closed on September 30th and per the information that was provided, refunds should start arriving in November, so be on the lookout for that.
